Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in a Blackout Computers gaming PC?
Every Blackout PC ships fully assembled, tested, and ready to play out of the box. The package includes the prebuilt desktop, the power cord, and Wi-Fi Antennas + Bluetooth dongle. Operating system (Windows 11) and drivers are pre-installed.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Estimated delivery to the contiguous US is 3–5 business days after shipping. Each product page shows the specific “ships by” date for that configuration. Free standard shipping on all Gaming PCs.
What warranty do you offer?
All Blackout Computers prebuilt PCs include a 1-year limited warranty covering parts and labor. The warranty starts on the date of delivery. Component manufacturer warranties continue beyond the first year for individual parts.
See the full Warranty Policy for details on coverage, exclusions, and how to file a claim.
Can I return my PC if it doesn't work for me?
Yes — we offer 30-day free returns on all Gaming PCs in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is on us. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the unit arriving at our facility.
Can I upgrade or modify my PC after I receive it?
Absolutely. Every Blackout PC is built with industry-standard parts inside a tool-less case, so upgrading RAM, storage, the GPU, or any other component is straightforward. User upgrades don't void the warranty on the rest of the system as long as no damage is caused during installation.
Are the parts new or used?
We use a hybrid-renewed approach. The CPU and GPU are professionally renewed and fully tested, with the GPU rebuilt on a new board and housing. Everything else in the build is new. It looks and runs like a new PC, and it's how we keep the price this low. Every unit is stress-tested before it ships.
Do you offer financing or pay-over-time options?
Yes. At checkout you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments with Shop Pay, or use Affirm for longer-term financing (subject to approval). The available financing options are shown on each product page and at checkout.
How do I contact support?
Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET. Visit the Support Center to chat, email, or open a ticket. Existing customers can also track an order or request an RMA from the same page.
What benchmarks and FPS can I expect from my build?
Each product page shows estimated FPS for popular games at 1080p, 1440p, and 4K — measured on the exact configuration you're buying, at Medium settings. Results can vary based on in-game settings and system configuration.
