How to File a Claim
1. Contact Support
Login to Blackout Computers, and file a ticket under the "Support" tab.
2. Get Approved
Our team will review your claim and provide an RMA number if approved.
3. Ship & Resolve
Send the product back and we'll repair or replace it at no charge.
Warranty FAQ
Is the warranty transferable to another owner?
Warranties are tied to the original purchaser and are not transferable. Resale of the product voids the remaining warranty coverage.
Who covers shipping for warranty claims?
If the issue is covered under warranty, we cover the return shipping back to you. The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to us.
How long does a warranty claim usually take?
Most claims are resolved within 7–10 business days once the unit arrives at our service center. We keep you updated by email at every step.
What do I need to file a claim?
Your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos or a short video help us diagnose faster.
